About Angelina
Angelina Masetta-Howe is a ceramicist and woodworker, specializing in functional vessels, based in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Currently a senior at Pennsylvania Western University at Edinboro, she spent two years studying studio art at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, where she focused on unifying ceramics pieces into collections through utilizing paper resist techniques on the surfaces of her works. Now, her work has evolved to utilize a combination of handmade stencils and a loose, painterly style to create clean text and nature-inspired illustrations in her pieces.

Angelina is currently working on a multimedia collection shaped by a recent significant loss in her personal life, and how her identity has been reshaped in the wake of unexpected death.
